Working at Yatra.com is the best opportunity I have get . They support me every time..but due to covid-19 I lost my job.work culture is good.

Dislike pint is . When (leave without pay) situation is started. I am trying to contact to Yatra mangers or team ..to know about the job situation or about my job security..but that tym no one picking up the call or there is no any suggestion. And suddenly after 2 months they send a resignation letter to me . So this was my very bad experience . Which makes me sad .

High on job security unless you are in a process which is over hired and about to go or if you turn out to be a liability repeatedly. Suitable work culture except that if business demands then mandatory OT is enforced. Friendly management, willing to support your development but sometimes mean too. Great company policies, however could have been better with restarting policies which were dropped down earlier.

Could be more transparent and have an open door policy along with protecting employees interests

In tsi yatra their is politics is played by some manager and lower staff people they run the team very badly since they put people on leave without pay from since 4 month and they not gonna terminate us or call us back they just hang us between the middle so we don't have any option to do and this company is not thinking about their employees.

Tsi yatra was good in all their fuctional structors. When yatra taken over it become worst.
