No growth opportunities, no secured future. Salary deductions for no reason with all lame excuses. Would recomend not to join this firm even if they offer a good package.

The work culture. The amount of pressure they put on a designer for sales and designing. People working here have no future. Every 2 months one person leaves the organisation. They harass you with their emails when you want to leave the organization.

Not recommended at all. The company is good only if your handling zero escaleted projects, If any Project is escalated all your hardwork goes in vain. You've to be good in IT though for being Project Manager or a Designer lot of back-end work. Even if you complete your notice period honestly, the company won't clear FNF. Leave the company without serving notice period. No comments on work life balance you should be available 24/7 Not good lot of politics from higher management

I have worked in quite a few companies over the years, and I have to say, the enthusiasm to make the workplace a better environment is a rare occurrence. The CEOs are actively present and approachable, the manager takes incredible initiative to assist the designers, and ensure that an actual work-life balance is maintained. Yes, sometimes we work well past the allocated time, but here, it is discouraged! I've been here around three months, so my opinion might be jaded, but never have I had such an excellent experience. The processes are still developing, but in this beta stage, they are leaps and bounds above the others in the market, and we have direct input into their development. The projects we gain here are clean leads, and it's been a while since I had fun talking to clients and taking them through the journey. However, yes, modular companies seem to be stalled in terms of what they can offer, but truww goes above and beyond to ensure that the clients get what they need, within reasonable boundaries. Plus, flexibility in timing, work hours, and where we work from.

Nothing to dislike, honestly. An amazing team, more like a crew.

In time action from the CEO for any query. Must appreciate being a Boss they are available for all the time for any query/support.

I'm glad to be a part of TRUWW's family. I really like the technology which been created for the designing and production which really making us to deliver the product to the customers. With this technology being a OPS lead im able to complete the project as per the committed timeline to the customer. Eventually teamwork making the best change i believe.
