...ignation is you agree to leave the company were org will not pay you any amount. Layoff is were company ask the employees to leave the job and pay them 3 months salary. HRs forced them to resign and not paid them a single cent. This is how this org works.

Everything from operations to C suits. This company operates in GCC countries for cheap labour they kept operations team in Bangalore India. Increment between 0.2 to 5% max. I can name the employees who got abused from this organisation who can still file a lawsuit against this company. You may thinking why I am saying this in review section I don’t want anyone to go through what previous employees have gone through . I have seen people suffering before I suffer I have quite the job. chief people office you know everything still you are silent I know you ego will hurt here how long will you hide the truth. Everything has the end. mark my words if still you don’t improve your work ethic. Soon you will be in Indian news channels.

Even though it is an international brand operating in 10 countries but haven't got any opportunity to work in other countries so far. This should be taken into consideration.

...erson have to do work of their close one , If they are planning some outings. 6 - lack of opportunities growth, inadequate compensation, working for 24*7 still no extra pay. 7 - Management lead will portray in Calls as they know In and out of everything but in reality they have zero knowledge how in deep process is working. If you see most of the reviews- you will get negative because this firm sucks you down. Those who are and want to perform good in life will switch and look for better life and opportunities, I must say, take your timr but never join this Firm.

Dont join in to iOS team, Untill nandeesh as TL. He will ruin your lifes and he is not fit for an TL or even as developer. He dont have any coding skills and management skill. He only get work from his team , but he wont write any single lines of code. He dont know how to do code review itself. I never seen this kind of micro management person and after complaining about him to the management no action from the company side. Due to this 3 to 4 employe resigned and still no action. He is not fit for any designation.

Whether it's is tech floor or operations, story is same, even Bollywood is failed in terms of nepotism which Management plays

Nothing as such to like if you're getting good pay then best place for you lyk more than 50-60k monthly
