Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Bad experience. As a company they do not have any work ethics. They hired me as MIS coordinator and without any reason within 24 days they asked me to leave. It was very painful but, I think lal bahadur Gupta is not a good person here. He knows how to shout. Accounts people just wait to get his signature . He can shout without any reason like what so hurry for a sign. Accounts people treat like peon here.
