truemeds is a very poor company where HR also does not work properly and has to ask for bills for salary and does not get as much as the salary quoted here and there is no time limit to come and go and make people work overtime and their money is also taken away. HR is not giving money to the employee.

Likes

Salary is good for a fresher. The work is easy but daily targets are too much. There's no stipulated break time. You have to complete your targets within the day which can be a lot. However, it's 5 days/per week, WFH.

The team culture. since the QA head joined, the team has grown significantly, enhancing our testing, product and business knowledge and providing continuous feedback. Huge learning opportunities. Work timing is slightly flexible.

Developers needs ensure product quality Enforce work form office policy The Sr QA member lack basic QA knowledge and should be reconsidered for their role, at time created nuisance. No Benefits No Transportation Very very less leaves Number of holidays are very less (8)

If you have the zeal to perform and outshine and get rewarded at the end of the year this is the perfect place for you. The Founders, VPs, Managers are extremely approachable and they give you open space to take your initiatives ahead and live.

It's not about truemeds its about particular employee of truemeds,they targeted employees which they don't like.. I think truemeds is a good company everything about truemeds is good but the people are very inhuman
