The salary is good that is the only thing good

There is no organized HR in this company No consideration for employees requests Even for emergency purpose (death in the family) we need to ask 2 to 3 people for leave approval Completely biased Ops team manager (co-owner) is a lady and she only considers requests from female employees Team leaders are only there for pleasing the manager If they don't like us they will just terminate without informing earlier just like that Team leaders will always take good advantage by putting themselves in good shift and others in graveyard shifts, also when we ask for shift change they will say "It is rotational shift and everyone have to work on these shifts", but there will be no rotation at all Office is a rented space and 5 or 6 people can work in that congested space
