I had a disappointing experience with TrueBrowns during the offer process. Initially, the company promised to release my offer letter within a specific timeframe, but they failed to meet this commitment. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via calls and texts, I received no response for over 48 hours. Compounding the issue, I informed them that I had another job offer and was asked to put it on hold, which I did based on their assurances. Unfortunately, TrueBrowns did not follow through with the promised offer letter and eventually ceased communication altogether. As a result, I lost both the opportunity with TrueBrowns and the initial offer I had on hold.
