the company is expose to innovation and encourage safe work practice, hence offering me with the opportunity to learn and be exposed to it's working environment in working for several sister companies, i will be ever grateful for the opportunity to acquire skill's by perfecting my hands(gaining practical knowledge and several accomplishment) and to be friendly with my working tools, in true hood i had the privilege/support to travel abroad to acquire more practical knowledge and to work with some team of expat in NDC building relationship across border which has made me more confident on the job, with true hood i am an asset of inestimable value to my employer as i continue to pursue my career passionately, in true hood safety is our watch ward.

Dislikes

it's worrisome working with lazy and unpleasant team mates owning to the fact that they carry out safety training on a repeated bases, hence is a place where salaries are practically discouraging and you can never be very sure of getting paid at a specific date, or being included to work at when due, it health system is not limited to any staff, in true hood you may not be sure of promotion or increment in incentive at when due, but the environment is accommodating only for those with wisdom and patient, in true hood you are sure of good management relationship and is a friendly environment and quality health system.
