...rchasing office furniture but allowances were cut to reduce the cost to company. Salary hikes are below average despite doing financially great. Inflation adjusted growth is a norm for the most people here.

...es to bring the best out of its employees. There never seems to be a boring day. The pay, yearly raises, bonuses, benefits, events, company outings, opportunities for growth are outstanding with a positive and fun working environment. Probably the best company that I have worked for!

One of the best place to work in BPO . Less politics almost negligible coz you have access to speak top management directly, the best HR. Employee centric.

If you are doing your work right and what is expected, Nothing you will dislike about company, immediate appreciation, recognition you get No better place than this

All good but as I observed they are 🎯targeting marathi people and Harrasing them to leave organization and People are absconding directly due to no perfect management...

Yes don't like but sometimes my manager helps to show people... Pure politics company... Recommended for other cast or not for local people ... We have to stay like a dog 🐕

Truconnect teach me many things..i grew there and learn many things...if my situation were better i will still be there even now...no pressure with the job... management cares about their employees safety and health.
