1. Salary is not delayed for even one day. 2. Five days are fixed (except busy season) 3. Colleagues are very good here.

1. Appraisal is not up to the mark (it's fixed) 2. You have to work for late sometime and have to finish your task anyhow. 3. Management is not up to the mark. 4. There is a lot of buzz regarding leaves.

...f's as if all employees are donkeys and puppets for him and that to without pay. No such bonus for employees, no paid leaves encashment and fnf takes ages to be released and not a single employee was their in the company whom they did not troubled in notice period. They take advantage of employees needs. They terminate/fire people under notice period just to save money for their expensive cakes and trips and other personal things by charging them recovery amount for not serving notice complete notice period even after they terminate the employee before the last day of notice period. They will rot in hell!!!!

The only thing which I like about is the lunch of TRPC.

There were many things which I dislike and the most are the restrictions like putting our cell phone outside and work like a rat in a cage for 8 hours and 45 minutes even if you don't have anything to do.

I am into the night shift so night environment was good and other teams members and senior management was so supportive. It is a good opt for the fresher.

Dislikes

As you are ni night shift so you get less interaction with team activities and into fun friday activities. It’s better to engage yourself alone into the fun friday’s activities.

Dislikes

Indian management of the company have no shame and regret over their wrong doings! They don't like people leaving them because they behave like they get the right to exploit their employee in exchange of the salary they are paying. No HR rules and regulations at all, HR department is just for the sake of having HR and to take the blame for managements nuisance behavior. Management just wants that their employees must satisfy and massage their so called ego every time as they do the same for each other. They will buy expensive cars, phones for their personal use and go on trips around the globe in the name of company expense but if an employee asks for salary raise they say that company is in loss even if the sales graph shows 300% profit. Indian management just want to make money no matter if they have to lie to overseas management for the same and not just for small amount, for hefty amount too. They will show the higher expense and take the cut from vendors. This is what management is doing!
