Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I don't like working there .they don't provide any type of supporting through COVID-19 or regular days they just using there employee, they just wants you to do work like a robot they are the worst company any one could work with.

Dislikes

I dislike about that company because of they don't care about there employee. They don't give any type of T.A and send u to go 25-30 km(up and down 50-60km) on different locations to work. I have to spend my own money on travelling .
