Everything. Worst salary Worst HR Manager(Parth Dhokai)(master in playing cheap psychological tactics) whose job is to make you fool, play cheap mind games so he could bargain the cheapest salary. Worst work life balance. Worst HR policy. Cheapest people you could find the world are its owners. Typical dirty businessmen. There is a word in hindi especially for them. "Makkhichus". They will suck a hell lot of dollars from client and suck the work out of employees for cheapest n pay them cheapest salary. They will bargain even for a single Rupee. Typical Makkhichus people. Blackmail employees by sending them low performance warning email. So they could suck more blood out of employees. Only work for this company if you are jobless else I see no other reason. Don't believe me? Go try it out by yourself. N yes beware of HR Manager Parth Dhokai. Worst possible human on earth. His job is to cut your pocket by playing dirty mind tactics, so he could fill his n his master's pocket. HR Manager is the tip of iceberg. Owners are even worse. HR Manager is puppet of owners. Hope you got the idea. . Tip most Ahmedabad IT companies are bad. Try your luck in other IT hub cities. Have a great day ahead. N hope you find a good company.

Every single thing 1) cheap salary 2) high workload 3) strict HR policies 4) long working hours 5) less holidays 7) They neither care about clients nor employees. They just care about money. 8) Highly manipulative HR Manager whose job is to play cheap mind games to so that he could could bargain the cheapest salary on salary discussion. 9) They suck the sh! t out of employees. Make you do overtime for no extra salary. N the excuse they give is that u should have been faster. Lol cheap mind games. 10) HR manager use to stand behind employees while they fill the survey form about company, so that u fearfully give high ratings to the company. And all these for dirt cheap salary. Government should have made strict regulations for such sh!tty companies. A short humble advice to the prospective clients and employees of Trootech: kindly stay away from this fraud company.

There are lot of things to like in TRooTech. I have personally never seen a company grow at this pace and at this level within just 8 years since inception. They must be doing something right which resulted in a amplified growth every year. They also conduct soft-skills training for it's existing people which is not available with every company you work with which has around 300 employees.

None, as such. Could be a lot of work at times which again is positive as you work more you learn more.
