This is place where no corporate culture, very inhuman peoples, poor appraisal and salary. Illogical rules .they want 20hrs work ,no quality of life,highly hypothetical company no realistic thoughts of management. I never recommend any one to work in that company.

1.Salary Timing 2. Frequently late sitting not allowed 3.Decorated Office 4.Strict Time 5. Second and Forth Saturday weekly off in office. 6.You can find employees working more than 28 years in troikaa. 7.Parking facility in compound for 2 Wheeler

1. No job security. 2.All ur dislike is different for each department. It's depends on your hod. Your view are mostly related to ur Hod. Not for company. 3.Every where your promotion are depends on your senior or reporting boss. 4.Company management build and define their policy, if u work as per policy and sop then only come here. 5.From day 1 you start your work, all training u will get within ur work. No special training or proper handover, when u taken charge. 6.your degree Or expertise or interest of work has no means... Once you came to service, any work given to you according to situation. 7.Mouth appreciation very rare. You work and we pay policy. It may happen you got increment or promotion and next day they asked your resignation or Appology letter.

...ndance. I joined 7 year before as a sr executive, but still I'm sr executive. 2. Salary depend upon refern6 you have and also previous company. 3. I'm doing with same job responsibilities from day 1. 4. For senior no work responsibility.

1. Worse HR policies. 2. Poor food quality. 3. Worse discriminating working environment. 4. Distorted work-life balance. 5. Backwardness within documents and day-to-day activities as compared to other pharmaceutical companies. 6. Worse dressing trends. 7. Unexploring environment. 8. Inadequate facilities for the smoothly functioning of the section. 9. Inadequate area/space management for work place.

Excellent work life balance You can leave office at right 6:30, no matter how high your position is State of the art manufacturing facilities

Toxic Management who keep watching CCTV and instruct HR constantly HR were just puppets of Management Compensation is completely non-uniform and it depends on how good you negotiate and how badly they wanted you No flexibility in working hours at all
