1.Positive thing only very less stress during work and job sequrity. 2.Hostel Food is managable,not bed in term of charges. 3.Hostel room is very good with all facilities. Proper cleaning. 4.Good for Beginners those starting their career. 5. Supportive seniers. 6.

...t to township and township to main road. 3. Faimly accommodation is very bed. 2.Salary delay issue (approx 2 months+). 3. Very Bed medical facility no hospital, no school, No temple in township. 4. Upper management is very wrost ,no appriciation, 5. No cultural activities. 6. No proper PPE provided by safety department even safety shoes. 7. For desk engineer no proper chair available, chairs are in broken and damaged condition. 8. Increment is given only to Upper management are person closer to decicive body or Upper management only. 9. Salary Deduction in during Covid situation (1 Years). 10. Career growth is poor. 11. During raining season electricity not available in hostel and faimly quator. 12. No timely pramotion provided by company. 13. HR and administration department is very irresponsible for your works.
