The starting salary for a diploma holder is actually good.

Mostly the work culture is very poor. Most of the times I used to get a call from the company if any breakdown of machine happens no matter what time or day(in holidays also). There is no time for self. Every time you should be ready get a call from plant. But in production there is shift so less worry..

Every year appraisal from 7 to 10 percent. Promotion is given at regular time intervals of 3-4 years( sometimes in 2 years if personal image is good at management). The company township is good, good surrounding environment to spent time in the township. Overall work life balance is good at a broader aspect.

The salary structure of freshers is very low as compared to competitive market.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They don't used to disclose the salary bracket in the job posting because most of the time they offered less salary than the current salary of the candidates and even most of the employees starts looking for another opportunity within a month of joining. They offer higher post like sr. Manager etc irrespective of the job responsibility the main focus is to hire people with less salary...

Terrible Politics, crony systems, if you know how to butter the management then you can survive. Top management needs extra butter with cheese. Situated in extreme remote areas. Very unprofessional staff. High attrition rate and no job security.
