Terrible Politics, crony systems, if you know how to butter the management then you can survive. Top management needs extra butter with cheese. Situated in extreme remote areas. Very unprofessional staff. High attrition rate and no job security.

No work from home during covid. No safety precautions. Nothing. Company is not interest in its employees growth with both salary and skills. Recruit professionals from various dimensions and give them work which has nothing to with their experience and qualification.
