HRs are real scammers. They give all fake information about your employee benefits, leaves, even salary. I was told that I'll be company staff but I'm counted in factory workers when I am service administrator.

Dislikes

You'll feel like being in school. You'll encounter micro management here. If you're not good with HR, they'll personally target you.

Likes

The company is in a high growth oriented sector and all employees can get good exposure in various lines.

Dislikes

The system was unorganised,and so employees were pushed work from 9 to 9 without any compensation forovertime working.

Likes

I like the positive & open culture here. There's a genuine sense of teamwork, where everyone is willing to help each other out, and ideas are always welcome. I also appreciate how the company encourages growth, both professionally and personally. It's great to have opportunities to learn new skills and take on challenges. The leadership is also very approachable, and it feels like everyone's opinion matters, which motivates me to give my best.

Dislikes

While I have truly enjoyed working with my team and appreciate the collaborative and supportive environment we have, there are a few aspects of the company culture that I believe could be improved. One area for potential growth is refining some of the internal processes, as a few of them could be smoother and more streamlined.

Best Place to Grow. Have been associated with the organisation for over a decade now, and have seen all the support to any individual like me to grow in career. Incredibly thankful to the leaders of the organisation

I believe in creating an opportunity out of the rough situations, whatsoever it would be. Any organisation has its own share of challenges for which employees are there to solve upon.

Only the team which I was in its good and I learnt many things.

Dislikes

Poor management and especially the HR team. They pretend to the outside society that they have good atmosphere/ culture but actually it's all fake. They show partiality to the north and south people. They don't even bother about the south working people and their queries. Please try to avoid joining this company.
