Company culture is not so good. Every credit and perks will be given to Higher Management irrespective of efforts made from middle management and lower management people. CGM of retro marketing doesn't allow the middle management people to travel and explore the market. He will take every opportunity to travel both domestic and international without allowing other team members to join.

Likes

This is a great place to work at if you are hard working and want a stable job. The salary can be decent if you are a localite. Plus most of the people are quite friendly.

Dislikes

The salary and perks are bad. Also, if you are in the marketing department, there is no work-life balance at all.

1) Slow work culture. 2) Majority of senior citizens, who don't want to give any fresh approach to problem solving, leading to project execution delays. 3) Lack of ownership in senior most peoples. 4) Slow growth opportunity.

The Company is good overall...Salary on time. Five days working. 8 hours a day. Good office location. Financially stong. In some departments there is no work pressure at all. However, that certainly depends on your boss factor, which is same across all companies...Company that you can stick for a long time and enjoy comfortable tenure..

No perks apart from salary upto Middle level management. Senior and executive does enjoy a number of benefits...

Company gives freedom to work. company SOP are already well established and set. You have to follow and focus on your work. Office entry time is also not very strict. However, one should follow the discipline. People are cooperative and working culture is healthy. Take the challenge and you can learn and develop muti dimensional skills. Time to time various training programs also arranged by HR.

Dislikes

Designation Growth rate is very slow and salary is low in comparison to competitive market.
