The Nature , the environment is beautiful , green and clean .

Dislikes

...with a constant burden of online assignments and work outside of regular hours . The salary is shockingly low for the amount of work expected and there are no real opportunities for advancement or promotions . Job security is practically nonexistent and professional development is very low . The school doesn't have enough classrooms to accommodate the number of students . Teachers supposed to be at the service of both students and parents , but there is no recognition or support in return . This creates a sense of being undervalued and overworked . All in all , the lack of support , the poor pay and unhealthy work environment make the place difficult to recommend. The management needs to drastically improve in every area , especially when it comes to treating new teachers with the respect they deserve and take time to listen to them instead of blaming .

...nt team work. Teachers are updated with the curriculum through regular training. Appraisals are fair and teachers are decently paid with many benefits in addition to the regular salary.

Though there is a large scope for personal growth and skill development career growth is stagnant.

Job security is highly unstable in this school. A group of long standing members in this school will decide who stays and who leaves the school. These individuals often act unfairly, they are very hostile towards some of the staffs and if they want someone out, they persist until they succeed. It is an easy process for them. These members try their best to mislead the management by spreading false information. They make up stories, twist facts, and exaggerate situations to benefit themselves. This creates a negative work environment where trust is lost. The management, instead of making independent decisions, tends to side with them without much thought. The management focuses on gladdening these people. There is a lack of ethics in their approach. JOB SECURITY HERE IS EXTREMELY UNCERTAIN. The management keep on trying with new candidates. Some of the teachers, especially the new ones are being treated very badly. It feels unfair and disheartening to watch hardworking educators go through difficult situations due to the ego of that group of people.

Basically nothing much. A bunch of elderly people with outdated views and perspectives on diversified aspects of academics and administration. It performs just for the name sake of being international ecosystem. Infact I feel like this institution doesn't have much future to it. For employees there is not much of a growth happening here. Basically it's hard to find what I like here.

Dislikes

Biased age old inefficient employees who enact out being an international teacher or an acedimician. All I am seeing is they harrass young productive and efficient employees who join new to the institution.

Some unjust senior members exist who can easily influence and mislead the management by creating false stories. The school constantly experiments with new candidates. Job security is highly unstable. Some of the staffs are being treated very badly. No ethics
