The Nature , the environment is beautiful , green and clean .

My experience at this International school has been incredibly frustrating , there are numerous issues that make it impossible to recommend this place to anyone . The most troubling issue has been the lack of collaboration between teachers , there a sense of competition and inflated ego that only serve to create a divisive and unprod uctive atmosphere . A real lack of support from management , more focused on placing blame rather than addressing concerns. The company culture is toxic as there is a troubling dynamic where long standing teachers pressure newcomers to resign , creating a very unwelcoming and hostile environment . Additionally the work load is overwhelming with a constant burden of online assignments and work outside of regular hours <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The salary is shockingly low for the amount of work expected and there are no real opportunities for advancement or promotions </mark>. Job security is practically nonexistent and professional development is very low . The school doesn't have enough classrooms to accommodate the number of students . Teachers supposed to be at the service of both students and parents , but there is no recognition or support in return . This creates a sense of being undervalued and overworked . All in all , the lack of support , the poor pay and unhealthy work environment make the place difficult to recommend. The management needs to drastically improve in every area , especially when it comes to treating new teachers with the respect they deserve and take time to listen to them instead of blaming ....Read More

Teachers at Trivandrum International are very professional and passionate about teaching and learning. The best quality is the excellent team work. Teachers are updated with the curriculum through regular training. Appraisals are fair and teachers are decently paid with many benefits in addition to the regular salary ....Read More

Though there is a large scope for personal growth and skill development career growth is stagnant.
