Bad time keeping culture, worse than government or public sector. Worst amonall employers in 40 years. Lack of timely payments or no payments at all. Poor hygiene and air,quality of offices. Air-conditioning not working. Poorest infrastructure. Worst HR policy

Poor HR practices and management. Like a lala shop, not consultant. Did not pay salary. No air con in office, laid off when hospitalized due to work related illnesses dur to unhygienic toilets and unventilated offices. Lack of job description.

Being a small company with limited resources, ones hidden talent resurfaces when the person is creative and determined for his work. The company challenges with nearly impossible tasks. The determination and talent of the team in Triune completes the projects with flying colors.

Dislikes

When triune has lean period, the management becomes cruel they don't see credibility of the Hen which had laid golden eggs instead they exploit them. Being Indian small scale company, HR changes its rules every now and then...HE HE HE

Starting as a GET and working for 3 years, unfortunately there is nothing good to say about this company.

Dislikes

The restrictions imposed on the employee. You can't have a snack, you can't have a break even if you are free for a while. The Human Resource department doesn't want to convey employee complaints to the concerned people because they don't want to risk there own jobs and reputation. The company runs on a autonomous regime where the heads blame trainees for their failures. There is no organization, a trainee is given the responsibilities of an HOD, planning and management. There are no upraisals. There is no coordination between departments. There is no quality, except during audits. The hygiene is terrible. You find cockroaches on coffee machines (which never have coffee in them), smelly prehistoric toilets, broken chairs. The air conditioning doesn't work. The company doesn't compensate for overtime spent in the office. You have to use your own internet connection information. Trainees are under 5 year bonds which were presented AFTER the job offers were accepted.

Friendly atmospher, Good relation between everyone. Get better n good knoladge n on job exprience.

Dislikes

There is no negative point which dislike me during my working period. Little dislike about managements approch towards providing facility to employee which are need to improve. Like over time, working hour flexiblity, flexiblity in rules etc.
