Incompetent management, Toxic environment, lot lot and lot of politics, dismal compensation, No growth opportunities at all, absolute hell on earth company to work no leaves not even get a leave on sunday

Money less. Otherwise one of the best place to work. Also time is too much. Its a 10.5 hours job.

Timing is 10am to 8:30pm which is too much Salary is very low. Called on almost all the sundays Appraisal only once a year Incentives very less despite fees being very high.

Full of politics. The working environment was terrible. After lockdown, the management only allows their favorite persons to survive (even ineligible persons). And if you fail to be the management's favorite you just have to fire for no reason, to know the work, is just not important for them. If you are looking for your carrier growth, apply your skills, you are straightforward, honest, don't know nasty politics, just to do your work, this is the absolutely wrong place.

...e is little training in the company.Growth is minimum. There is no job security.Salary is low and there is little appraisal.Work environment is ok but there is lot of poltics.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high as it is indirect target based job. Manager do not value your individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Also, there is no on job training for freshers.

...lem and the colleagues are very supportive plus the training is also upto date . Salary is as per our expectation and on date . The work-life balance is also awesome. Overall growth depends on Ur level of sincere input to the firm. No sweet talking is expected and only pure hardwork.
