There's nothing to like. Except , If you are a fresher, this company can be a stepping stone. You can learn with ease. But don't stay for long.

Old school industry. No basic values are adhered to. Compensation is a joke, a maid earns more. Management doesn't know what they are doing. Work life balance is ZERO. The company may look like a big shot but in reality it's finance and management is poor forget expecting anything if you are planning to join here.

Few company in Mysuru to start the career in manufacturing sector. Fresher are inducted on priority. Not much work pressure except on critical days.

It's very good company for fresher's as well as experienced person's, because there is a lot of learning things, mainly hydraulic and pneumatics, plc, injection molding, multi spindle machine etc.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
