Firstly Working in Electrical Dept. was very poor. This place is not for Engineers to work as all the Technicians are from union so, they will work according to their will and managers support them, so being an engineer you will be squeezed between them, few old engineers will avoid night shifts so, if you are a new you will be send into night shift for weeks atleast 14+ days in a month. They will ask you to stay 3+ hours after the regular ABC shifts without any OT. So, if you are an experienced candidate please do not join or it will be a wastage of few months.

Dislikes

There is absolutely nothing I liked about being in TMPL. As there is no pros unless you are in maintenance if you are in operation then you will get a good life. In maintenance they will ask you to work in week offs and they wont let you take any compensatory offs, every day there is a major breakdown as no stand by or spares are their. The technicians are from union so, they will not listen to your advices they will work as they like. The managers are also non technical so they are completely dependent on the technicians, being an engineer you will be pressurized from both sides and you will have to work like a labour.
