Salary is Decent But Career Growth is Slow.There is a Bond Of 2 Years Before Which You Cannot Resign.

You can just start your career with this company for learning purpose after that you must go with other one whenever you will get other better job

9am to 8pm means you have to spend 11 hours every day in this company only 4 leaves given in a month no festival holidays no national holidays given by the company no job security , Bad culture ,Bad Behavior of Staffs , salary scam, not provide legal documents like Payslips Experience, they can also hold your last month salary.

Same like other we are made fool by team leaders your sells will be included in team leader sells .. old member do not want new mate bcuz they don't want share sells they back bite each other too. And owner use to talk in bad way when you can't achieve targets.

They keep bouncer to surveillance or safe company mates but bouncer begin to fight with company mates
