i dislike my salary. Now salary isn't the most important thing to me, but when you have family and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account.

Good Management. Good Salary hikes and perks. good junior colleagues

Dislikes

Some senior having affairs with their leads and they drive the the team how they want to drive it. These makes toxic environment in team. Leads only helpful when you good with their close one. Also no opportunity for growth due the old members and leads.

Sr. Management team is good and approachable. New Initiatives taken in recent year. Happy work place

... (working hrs should be 7-8 hrs as in Mumbai staff Travels from long distance . salary should be on 1st day of every month. need to increase infrastructure facilities . (cafeteria , work desk , meeting rooms, washrooms )

Deciding what to take up first among the diverse opportunities at Tripjack feels like a challenge, but it just means there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow

I really like the environment in my current position. My manager is a great resource and always willing to help out when i run into an issue, but she trusts me to get my work done so i have a lot of freedom in how i schedule and prioritize, which is very important to me.
