... (working hrs should be 7-8 hrs as in Mumbai staff Travels from long distance . salary should be on 1st day of every month. need to increase infrastructure facilities . (cafeteria , work desk , meeting rooms, washrooms )

i dislike my salary. Now salary isn't the most important thing to me, but when you have family and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account.

Dislikes

Some senior having affairs with their leads and they drive the the team how they want to drive it. These makes toxic environment in team. Leads only helpful when you good with their close one. Also no opportunity for growth due the old members and leads.

We got a place for work at washroom area and it was impacted for my health hence i switch the job .I told several time to shift a department at good place because good working place is matter for health no one listened .

There is Nothing Which i dislike about Tripjack yes but there are some suggestions which i can share from my past experience 1) If the Family of the Employee Is Secured by Medical Insurance ( Immediate Family ) which helps the employee and be more focused and helps in Critical situations to arrange for funds 2) Most of the Employees will be having Some or the other Loans Going on ( Home Loan / Personal Loan) and if we can get the salary on the last working day of the month that will ease their tension 3) If we Increase our Share on PF which help to Save More and also will help in Tax
