managers are supprotive and also the people and work ambience is awesome .

Dislikes

too much pressure for sales....company doesnt provide genuine leads and also wants high sale targets to be achieved in very handful salary ....and they is no week off on saturday and also no holidays on national holidays . And company will also not give any leaves and if u take leave huge LOP will be debited from your salary.

Good salary, and u have an opportunity to learn. I really liked the way they treat their customer and the freedom given to employees.

Dislikes

They are not really organised, especially the HR team.Tjey don't take any responsibility for employees concerns. And just like any other company the politics played by the people who is already experienced in the company. There is no proper cafeteria and hygeine drinking water facility. Not a great method of appraisal.

There's nothing I liked about the company .Only to be honest I liked the Company's coffee tea and Food😂😂 ...But definitely not the company.I regret joining that Company Tripfactory

... and we just got 16k change and even last month it's just received 13k change .but PF amount has been deucted, there is more politics in salary hike also, They doesn't even provide a phone for calls....we need to call from our phones and We need to call customer more thn freaking 3-4 times no matter what even if they are busy on riding a bike .Orelse Chethan and Diya will start taunting and torture so in a day 100 calls much be done or else Dileep who doesnt know anything thing whats going on in FCD team....He will not even care or listen to the employees . Over all Tripfactory is really worst experience I have as employee in that company. I kindly request the company management for firing her..They will take 100s of employees giving all the good reasons Please never believe and join and waste your time

...t first name is Vinay sir. sir have no manners how to speek paxes and customers. the reasion is that why i have quit becuase i want for a leave of brother s merriage Vinay sir not give to me leave direct ask to me for quit from my company and he remove me from company group and also not approve my salary of 3 month only without i have in my hand. please read this and take step and give my salary with i didnt get

Atmosphere is good, i feel like iam working in IT company. I likes in trip factory was salary, As a fresher I was paid 21,000 in hand for destination expert role

No proper system,day by day the system will be changing, even we won't be knowing which method to use in work, but they will question us don't u don't know wts happening in office, communications between management and employee is very poor.
