Nothing to like about it, ignorant people and horrible colleagues.

Dislikes

The worst part is you do not get salary even after two months, you have to deliberately waste your time contacting the HR that repeatedly ignores your call and do not bother to reply. Salary is your right but these people are so insensitive and unprofessional that they overlook your problems such as monthly finance and expenditure.

Likes

Not at all supportive. they compelled their employees to give volunteer resignation as they already have our original documents. I can say one works at the cost of respect and job security doesn't exist in their dictionary.

Dislikes

The working environment was not encouraging. When it comes to students there are only a few who wants to study rest are interested in running and taking the management in their hand. Personal development is the thing if you can work on your own than fine otherwise no scope.

Likes

The school per say is a nice place to work. the staff and especially the principal Ms. Sheela Karia and the co-ordinator - Ms. Preeti Gaur were truly inspiring and helpful. The entire experience of working with TSIS was nice except the administration was pathetic. Never gave salaries on time and dragged to the point where we had to beg for our own hard earned money.
