Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Owner is not supportive. Top Management particularly HR-head and CFO believe in lay off or termination of the employee. So many employee were terminated and ask to leave the company and they are not paying Full & Final Amount easily.

Dislikes

Company culture and Job is not secured here. Pl do not make mistake to join this company.

Two types of plant billet ,sponge iron Power plant is capacity 98mw but run in form 38.5 mw.. electricity is made waste of sponge iron temperature..it is France technology are used in plant
