Owner is not supportive. Top Management particularly HR-head and CFO believe in lay off or termination of the employee. So many employee were terminated and ask to leave the company and they are not paying Full & Final Amount easily.

Two types of plant billet ,sponge iron Power plant is capacity 98mw but run in form 38.5 mw.. electricity is made waste of sponge iron temperature..it is France technology are used in plant

Mostly pollution in air.. temperature in plant 5 degree maximum in outer atmosphere condition. Markets are away around 30km.
