The company is an innovative and visionary and readily adopts latest innovations in the circle. The management is generous and treat the employees as family members but the opportunist employees take it as chance and misusing. Employees will get free hand to work as long as they are self justified and calculated, resulting in work satisfaction and like to work forever. As far as remuneration is concerned, middle management plays key role and generalise all and nonperformer also taking lead in pay, with the result performer loosing.

Dislikes

Performer loosing and not recognised properly. All are being generalised at the end of the day because of poor performance on analysing and justifying the employees.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies, That's why they allowed me to aqire knowledge in various fields like industrial safety, radiological safety & environmental studies etc. Working atmosphere is very friendly and colleagues from various backgrounds are supporting each other.
