Such a wonderful company with good benefits , nice salary as well as hike. Trimble always takes good care of employees. Work culture is amazing here. Cab service is door to door , no matter what the time is.

There is zero credibility for job security. If you are a job hopper you can use them as a platform to get into a better company.

Dislikes

Trimble is involved in a hostile acquisition where it acquired a company and let go of a significant number of people. Although it has decent brand value, the Indian management is aggressive and has been involved in a series of layoffs and silent layoff schemes. The Human Resources Management for India is isolated from Global Management and hence can do anything they want. They specially have a firing squad who are nothing less than goons. I was threatened with actions when I asked for a policy doubt.

The work life balance and the managers here are very helpful and supporting. The culture here also plays a good role in being productive.

The appraisal and promotion in our department are very limited.

Working on latest trends. Opportunity to dwell and get know end to end of product development lifecycle. Flexibility Culutre

Though product company cross border team try to have strong ownership, which is making india development center as a service provider.

Not much hierrachy, friendly managers they'll max try to give you support emotionally ofcourse it depends person to person, No variable in CTC No microminagement in time keeping if you get your workdone in the given timebox that is enough

Not much perks,No transportation you need to use your own Can't expect promotion much there are not much roles
