Teamates are awesome, training will be given parallel with role itself. We talk about salaries then i can say worthy of work cause apart from my work my salary is somehow unsatifyed but good from this campany and work life is cool too. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
