As a growing organization it might be have some salary hiking problems, apart from that as I already told it is good for freshers, who are actually need it.

Best to kick start your life as an chemical engineer. Lots of opportunity to learn everything is knowledge learning if you see it in the right perspective. Shift work 8 hrs and with included lunch,tiffin,dinner and tea breaks. Best employers with good behavior and gives good career advice's.

Dislikes

pay is low but awesome knowledge will be acquired by working in it.just ignore the caste and politics which is common in every industry.

Likes

Employees can learn lot of new things like various equipments, processes, good manufacturing practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing and many more. Company provides good training. The job security is very good, like a government job. As in any other company there is office politics in the company. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are not so good. And politics is a problem there.

1.No health and safety 2. More work load 3. Increment not good 4. VERY IMPORTANT MY INCENTIVES OF 36,000/- IS NOT GIVE FROM LAST 3 MONTHS. 5. No sick leaves 6. EL not credited from last 6 months.
