Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is worst organisation, fraud company and waste of time and waste of money, if anyone get mail from this organisation please don't go and they cheat the people for their profits .

Dislikes

...is . they are playing with people who are searching for jobs for sending mails . In that mail they mention that ,they are hiring bussiness assosicate role and also giving 3lpa package ,its totally fake mails , fake people . they said certain type of words like humble,honest trust etc. , first they don't have such time of things in their self . they want graduated students for this( sales girl or sale boys )role , for last mintue also they won't tell your job profession (your doing for sale girl or sale boy duty) and they paid for montly 7000 including all your needs , what a stupid company is this , I never saw before , this is worst experience in my life.
