No job securities, you will be deployed immediately to client’s project, once the project ends or gives you roll off your service also gets terminated with Trigent. With me I got roll off after 4 months of work. Basically it is a contract to basis role even though they will say that you are a permanent employee with Trigent. So be careful.

I Lost my job in this COVID-19 situation.No job security provided by Trigent

Salary structure is good.But lost job in covid situation in just 3 months after joining Trigent. No job security provided by company,they dont have alternate option or any other project.Just like giving fake promises.

No Micro Management. Full freedom and great Work Life balance. Pay is also good compare to other service based company.

Location is not very good but its fine not too bad also. Fun Activities are very less or almost there is no fun activity.

Job security is not there. They promise to take care of ur concerns but never pay attention. Even they do not entertain your noticeperiod. For the name sake they hv notice period. They can terminate you if there is no such deployment available from any of the contractors. Hr is really rude and do not resond you back if you are on contract to hire position. They really do not have a permanent osition with them. Big cheating company.

... to resign. If you are having any query you will not be getting proper response. Salary will be giving after 5th only every month. Over all worst company ever I have joined. Do not join this company if you are working as a full time employee in other company for just sake of salary hike. Then there is no security for job. They will remove within 3 months as well if client says no project.
