A lot of micromanagement. Salary and promotion are not fixed. Salary is very less compared to the market. The upper management is least concerned about employees' wellbeing.

Worst company. Employee treated like shit

Dislikes

No work life balance, no appreciate, only they know to play with words and policies. Worst company. padhe likhe anpadh hai sab.. any one thinking to go please don't. Also they hire for sometime and layoff after their backlog is sorted. Hire and fire company. 10 din me har new company banalete hai. Worst is HR department. Only politics. Can raise voice against them. They simply know to fire people. They have lost gem.
