Salary increment is fixed by the performance of the sales team. If they fail to reach target, their underperformance affects technical people. Also, the culture of self-training is tough and makes you sometime work on weekend

The sales cycle need you to sell the concept before the product which requires good effort. The employee needs to learn fast and face well-informed customer. The remuneration is average but the incentives make up for the deficiency. The management support you in closing deals
