...aff over there was good to me. kind a smooth work there was no pressure to work. But their salary scale is not upto the mark, I was not satisfied with the salary, that's why I left the job.

Dislikes

They don't offer benefits like IT sectors. Like free transport,work from home,team outings, international relocation etc.

In automobiles no one can match the trident working culture and employees safety and support by the senior management is excellent, on time salary and incentives, respect to each employees, transparency, secured job, safe environment for women's to work, only negative is growth is very slow it's because here no one leaves the job to get that position easily everyone working here around 5 years 6 years, Friendly atmosphere, top level employees are very supportive and very down to earth, Over all a very good company to work, I'm writing this review after working here 5 years.
