...k life balance if you are working here as they follow the policy of 1-2-3 ie. One employee will get salary equivalent to two employees and work will be given equivalent to three employees.

Worst work culture, no fixed timings even if you are asked to come in shifts, no correlation in between the departments, one has to tackle huge work pressure with little to no advantages, internal politics
