Lots of opportunities to grow, learn and contribute.

Dislikes

At times the job is stressful and we have tight schedule, but the team is extremely supportive and happy to share the work load. My colleagues are great mentors and supporters. Hence the experience is very rewarding and insightful.

Work culture is great, people support each other and respect. Policies are open. Unique Products and huge Customer base. Tons of learning Opportunities here. Flexible work time.

Zero HR policies, too much politics. Teams shut down and structures changes overnight. The company is racing towards an IPO and they don't care what happens in the way

Tricentis is open to innovation and uses latest cloud technologies to build its products and that gives us an opportunity to learn new tools and technologies. The work atmosphere is something I would vouch for, no micro management, you are trusted to get your work done. They allow flexible working hours and you get to collaborate with different people across the globe. Everyone here is so proud of the organization and the work that they do and is continuously promoting it, that is one of the key things which drove me to be a part of Tricentis.
