The people who have come from Indian Inc. have a more approachable attitude than Triburg people.

Dislikes

The energy on the floor is too negative. And people are only working for having a Job as the pay is dissatisfying, people have an negative attitude, most of then hate the other people and talk ill about others.

Triburg is one of the biggest & leading buying house in India.They have global brand customer base, so I am glad to be a part of such organisation. They are not support there staffs at the time of pandemic as they even force to give 4 months leave without pay.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

THE COMPANY IS OPEN INNOVATION AND READY ADOPTS LATEST TECHNOLOGY.I LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM PART OF THE TEAM.

It is such a shame to be able to work alongside Kapil Kak, who has been associated with the company for over 20years. Employee like shouldnt be given the respect that he gets. It is very disrespectful and mean of him that he spreads spectulations about a girl that she takes drugs, she was a friend of mine and alot of people have asked her and questioned her about her, this caused her mental disturbance and alot of anxiety to come to work as people were looking at her a she was high, knowing her closely i know what she was going through and how people were seeing her. KAPIL KAK SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIS DOING AND SHOULD GET WHAT HE HAS DONE TO SOMEONE’S MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. Shame on Kapil Kak and shame on Triburg keeping such employees in there company.
