Lots of things major part of which is it’s professionalism. It lacks many things such as a corporate culture, a functioning HR/admin team, healthy rules and procedures for all and fairness to all employees equally.

The people who have come from Indian Inc. have a more approachable attitude than Triburg people.

The energy on the floor is too negative. And people are only working for having a Job as the pay is dissatisfying, people have an negative attitude, most of then hate the other people and talk ill about others.
