I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Being a Private company it is easy to bind the system as place request directly to the boss for any of your need.

Dislikes

There will be salary increase as per experience but, there won't be any growth in terms of job role or skills.
