There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resing.on the job training is not given to ne joining.
... they don't have any strategy for compnay growth and company mission or vision. Company given to designation growth but not given salary growth in any designation with promotions.
...tion they close the showroom in a week. No transfer opportunity to any employee. No payment yet for current month no salary given to our store employees while all other employees salary was paid on time but nothing for us yet,while the head HR said they would give all payment eligible to us in max 15 days, but for us they will do in max 10 days but will try to complete in a week. 22 days have gone no payment received yet and no information when will it be given. If they cant stand to their words why would they commit such things. Also our salary were deducted without any kind of information given to us, no information was given regarding targets during lockdown in april and may they directly told us if you complete some work on time 25% would be deducted, for some 15% and even if over achieve your target 10% will be deducted that is sure. All this deduction were told to us just before the payment date. For employee it has never been safe, doesnt matter how much business give them and generate confirmed future business and sale they dont see your efforts neither praise you, it is horrible.
People who are sitting at top level management needs loads of training about their strategies and implemention at middle and bottom level management. If they recruit educated people at top level many of the showrooms could have been saved from shutting down. None of the top level team is responsive in their approach they are more towards asking stupid questions and customers keep waiting because of their delayed process and management says customer should not suffer or should not be waiting long for anything. They never understand that all problems are caused only because of their delayed confirmation and laziness in their working approach. There are many reasons that even after completing 155years in this field they dont even have 50 working stores in the country, while almost every of their competitor has more than 200 stores in our country. Sometimes when you see the work approach of top management it feels like we are in sbi bank, where you have to repeat each thing atleast 10 times to get their one response, approach and strategies are very poor a reason that they have bad impression in many cities.

No sufficient increment for support staff who works hard any time as per their requirement.
As per Retail showrooms they are working on public holiday also with regular time. At least closing time of showrooms will be 9:30PM. Need to fix the closing time. Need to change the structure of performance link variable. Leave encashment policy will be for support staff.
