Abrupt layoffs after every 6 months has been the trend, not just in the recent market scenario, layoffs has been a norm even before COVID in this company. Top leadership absolutely does not have any vision or credibility. The whole company is relying on just 1 client, there is no good clientele thus no good work for folks to do. Product suite is outdated & product offerings are only Data Cleaning, which many other companies do as complementary for their customers. Tech stack is not scalable & no latest tech is used.

Lot of micromanagement. Specially indian director Dinesh Kumar is worst a man of who wants everyone to be bootlick to him. A freindly advise to new joiners dont work with onr more idiot Saket Moghe he is idiot person amd dont know how to work simple boot licker he is.
