Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Standard of display management, and timely salary

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, Slow growth, internal management behave like we are pet dog's in his company. Everybody think like I am the owner of this company. You can understand it's wrong but,If you are shouting against them , then they will directly give you transfer out of city , even out of state also .

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. this is my first experience in tata Trent limited. I don't have words to explain about tata. amazing tata. Excellent teammates (mostly). Easy to work with cross functions as most people are approachable and helpful. Fair bit of international travel. Good work-life balance if you exclude travel in Mumbai.
