1. Poor HR activity 2. Continuously change in HR policy, not communicated to employees. 3. They will not allow to leave, you will have to serve 90 days Notice period, Payout option is not acceptable. 4. Bad management 5. Too much work pressure 6. Not hiring new staff to handle such increasing work load. 7. Everything here is Manual, No automation. 8. Arrogance of Seniors. 9. Lots of politics 10. No Learning Activity 11. Trust me, Work pressure is so high, you will end up with Diabetes, Sugar or any health issues. 12. Attrition rate is high due to above problems. Think twicely before you Join to this organisation.

...that why it's little bit difficult to handle but it's work as a pulse point too. In the name of salary it will also not too OK as comparing to work. Environment is OK for work. Company will grow day by day so it's sure that career is in save hand. Overall it is good place to work.

Not overall on trent but in zudio I think salary is a little bit consion .

Timing is pathetic.my average working our 13hour in Z254. Only one department manager I was there. Store manager is not available all time I have seen in 2 yrs So I have more pressure Posh policy is not good, all time boys are servibe, girls fault not seen by team,boys given resign by forcefully of posh team all time

Learning is super strong

Dislikes

New people with no experience get more package but the internal people who are giving their best never get that respective package growth. No doubt for great learnings & you also get to explore what an individual interest is but the growth is very slow
