Medical benifit. There is nothing that I like about this organisation at operations lavel.

One of the worst organisation I ever worked. No professionalism at all towards sale. Only they know one thing that is pushing offer to the customers. Not at all product centric organization.

Trends isna very well reputed company but the working structure should me changeable, Manager's are very rude and selfish. Some are not professional they take everything personal which is not right for work profession.

I have worked in Avantra by trends as customer service associate, team leader and to vm champ. I have learnt so much of knowledge about the product and who to lead customer service and I have maintained team with good communication skills it is also a good platform to everyone one this company has provided good knowledge and who to treat a customer and there needs too

MD Behaviour is not professional, For learning purpose good company, no carrier growth, No job security, No friendly behaviour,. Boss nature is so aggressive with his employees like as Servent. As my Tenure 10-15 people Fired , without any reason.
